A family firm run by the people who do the work.
A family firm — Jacob, Josh and Derrick. When you book RSC, it's us who turn up.
RSC stands for Rapid Site Clearance. It's me, Jacob, my brother Josh and our dad Derrick.
My brother and I have worked for other clearance firms in central London: offices, hotels, theatres, restaurants and building sites, often several jobs a day. We learned what makes a clearance go well, and what makes customers ring round for someone else.
The thing we noticed most was how often a job gets passed between two or three companies before anyone turns up. The customer pays for that, and the crew on site often doesn't know what was promised.
So we started our own. When you book RSC, it's us who answer and us who turn up. If something isn't right, you know exactly who to call.
