Priced by how much of our truck you fill. We confirm it on site before we load, and it doesn't change once we start.

What usually goes wrong, and what we do about it

  • The next tenant is already booked.

    Tell us the move-in date when you send photos. We'll book the clearance before it, and if we can't make your date we'll say so straight away.

  • The landlord wants to see what was removed.

    We take before and after photos at every address and email them with the transfer note, labelled with your property reference.

  • You can't keep driving over to check.

    We'll collect and return keys or use a lockbox code, and message you when we're in and when we've finished.

  • Bin stores and car parks keep getting dumped on.

    We clear fly-tips from bin stores, car parks and communal areas, as a one-off or on a regular slot.

Can you invoice the landlord directly?

Yes. Tell us who to invoice when you book and we'll send them the invoice, photos and transfer note.

What if the tenant comes back for something?

We only take what you've told us to take. Anything you want kept, we leave in place or bag separately and photograph.

Can anyone on our team book?

Yes. Your inventory clerk, property manager or office team can send us photos and the address.
