We'd rather make a few promises and keep them every time. These apply to every job, big or small.

The price we agree is the price you pay
We confirm it on site before we load. Once we start loading, it doesn't change.

We sweep up before we leave
We sweep the area we've cleared before we go. If you're not happy with how we've left it, tell us within 2 days and we'll come back and sort it at no charge.

Paperwork with every job
Every job gets a waste transfer note, which is the legal record of what we took and where it went, plus before and after photos. We email them the same day. Businesses can ask us to add a PO number or property reference.

We reply within 20 minutes, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. Bigger jobs, we may come and look first.
