How we work out your price.
We confirm your price on site before we load anything. Once we start loading, the price doesn't change. How we work it out depends on the job.
By how much space it takes
Best for: furniture, household rubbish and a few items from a flat
- The more room it takes in our truck, the more it costs
- Single items have their own price
- Fridges, mattresses and sofas cost a bit more, because the tip charges us extra for them
By weight
Best for: building waste, rubble and soil
- Heavy materials are priced by weight, because the tip charges us by the tonne
- Some materials cost more to get rid of than others
- Easy access keeps the price down
By the job
Best for: whole houses and offices
- Priced on how long it takes and how much we take away
- Stairs, lifts and parking are worked into the price

How much there is
The more space it takes in the truck, the more it costs.
Weight
Rubble, soil and plasterboard are priced by weight, because the tip charges us by the tonne.
Certain items
Mattresses, fridges and freezers, sofas and armchairs, plasterboard and tyres cost extra, because the tip charges us more for them.
Access
Lots of stairs, a long carry or nowhere to park nearby adds time.

Price questions
Will the price change on the day?
We confirm it on site before we load. Once we start loading, it doesn't change.
Is loading and disposal included?
Yes. Your price covers the lifting, loading, travel and licensed disposal, plus a waste transfer note.
Do bigger jobs need a visit?
Sometimes. If photos can't show the whole job, we may ask to come and look first.
