The short version of how we work. These terms don't affect your legal rights.

Your price
We price from your photos, then confirm the price on site before we load anything. If there's more than the photos showed, we tell you first and you decide. Once we start loading, the price doesn't change.
What's included
Loading, taking it away, sweeping up, before and after photos and a waste transfer note.
What we can't take
Asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, liquid paint or medical waste. If you're not sure, send a photo and ask.
Access
Tell us about stairs, lifts and parking when you send photos. If access on the day is very different, we'll tell you before we start and you decide.
Cancelling or moving a booking
Free up to 24 hours before.
Paying
By bank transfer or card, once the job's done. Trade accounts: one invoice a month, payable within 30 days.
If you're not happy
Tell us within 2 days and we'll come back and put it right, free.
Your waste
We take it to licensed tips and recycling sites. You get a waste transfer note, the legal record of where your waste went.
